However, there are some meals that help you to reduce the inflammation you experience with these conditions. First it should be noted that you need to eat small meals often over the course of your day to keep inflammation from getting out of hand. Bigger meals are going to fill your stomach and press on the inflamed areas of your body causing even more issues. You should have meals that are lower levels of saturated fats, processed carbohydrates and trans-fats. You should also stick to meals that are lower in the high-glycemic index too. This may sound like a lot but there is just a bit more. It is better to have more options for reducing inflammation than not enough. Make sure your meals are higher in unprocessed vegetables and fruits. Your diet also needs to be higher in whole grains, seeds and nuts too. It is also helpful to add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to a meal. This has been shown to reduce inflammation. Finally, make sure your getting moderate lean animal and healthy fats in your diet.

When you do have inflammation, there are some foods and drinks that allow you to prevent damage from happening. These foods and drinks include red wine, tea, berries, chocolate, pomegranates and cinnamon. If you suffer from any sort of inflammatory condition, you know how much pain you can be in when the inflammation spikes up. Many people with these conditions eat the foods that raise inflammation and that only makes things worse. If you want to reduce your inflammation, hence reducing pain too, make sure you are eating the meals or foods mentioned in the mid-section above.
